The brain biopsy is suggestive of Glioblastoma of WHO grade IV, IDH wild type which is a malignant tumor and will require immediate treatment. Based on where the tumor is present the options of treatment are of excision of tumor but it has microvascular proliferation which would make a complete excision challenging or radiation of the tumor.
