Brain injury, diffuse cortical atrophy

35 days before Preterm c section , Baby girl 4.75 months, weight is 3.7kg. Keeps crying all time, stretches legs lot, hand palm folding lot .No weight gain. MRI report attached. Nootrophil syrup 1.5 ml once day ongoing, and physiotherapy ongoing. Microcephaly noted. Diffused cortical atrophy noted . What is the impact of problem , what solutions we have. For Her ear test, eye test and thyroid test shows no issues . Suggest line of treatment and when she can be normal.

Birth weight ?? Any NICU admission at birth ?? Looks like CEREBRAL PALSY . Requires Enrolment to an EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAMME. Treatment is multidisciplinary and just physiotherapy is not sufficient .
Next Steps
Get a TMS tested and rule out inborn errors also .

Hi, Sorry. Can understand the pressure you are undergoing. Reports are not favourable. We need to wait and watch. Can develop seizures, so might require medications.
