Hello....... Could be due to infarction or high blood pressure there is acute hemmorage and it's compressing sorrounding structures.. Recovery depends on extent of hemorrhage, extent of damage.. At this age complete recovery is unlikely. But consult neurosurgeon since vital areas of brain are involved he need to be monitored.
