Brain felt good after eating nimprex

I was suffering through viral. The doctor had prescribed Nimprex (for fever above 100 ) and augmentin 625 for chest infection One day i had a fever of 99.2 and I ate a tablet of nimprex. The fever was gone in next hour but i felt like my mind is more active than it has ever been. It was like i was very happy and alert. I dont know the exact reason.

HELLO, WHY DO YOU WANT TO KNOW THE REGION? AS U R QUITE OK IN ONE TAB , NIMESULIDE IS AN ACTIVE DRUG IF U TAKE IT IN 99.2  DEGREE TEMPRATURE YOU FEEL EUPHORIATIC. IF I WROTE THE MEDICINE STRICT INSTRUCTION IS IF FEVER IS MORE THAN 100- 100.5 THAN ONLY YOU TAKE NIMPREX. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS. OK
