I just want to know which is a better innerwear for your health - boxers or underwears. I have this condition vericose veins. When i wear a underwear i get pain sometimes and with boxers it is very rare. Also i had seen in the internet that boxers increase your sperm count but my doctor suggested me to wear an underwear so that something is holding my scrotum tight. I am confused!!

Boxers are better if you have varicose veins in  scrotum called VARICOCELE. Varicocele increases the local temperature due to pooling of blood in tuft of veins. Tight underwear lifts up scrotum towards abdomen (where temperature is more) causing more heat which destroys semen in storage area of scrotum. So go for boxwes only.
