My anus feels fluffy On both side left and right ( means bigger...when I press it some part is soft and then it feels hard...area around anus is hard too)...anus is tight ..it feels due to that my penile muscles are also gone tight...when I apply lube to anus and sit in position that it can spread.....it's relaxed... When I give pressure to poop it feels something inside anus is blocking...some fluffy and bigger thing is there before anal canal...some stool also stays in when I poop... While erection area Above anus gets very hard and tight...IS THIS PROSTATITIS of PELVIC FLOOR DYSFUNCTION? all this happening after I fall down on stairs in sitting position and hurt around tail bone.
