Bowel cancer
I feel change in bowel habits , cramps and bloating and experience only one time of blood in stool today or and expected 1 year before and unexpected weight lose from november 2020 and some times I feel shortness of breath and weakness also so what you think have I victim of bowel cancer?
You need to consult a medical gastroenterologist, who may do a endoscopy or colonoscopy based on your symptoms and relevant blood investigation, if anything abnormal then further evaluation , if no issues related to cancer then will need to change the dietary habits with some medications
