Hello.. You have ingestion ,constipation , with gastritis... You have to change your food habits and lifestyle... Have plenty of fruits and vegetables ... Drink lot of water.. Don't be sedentary... Avoid spicy, oily food items... Do exercise or yoga in morning... Make a practice of having curd rice, buttermilk daily.. Consult general physician.
