My 2 years 10 months old boy has a tantrum every time I have to change is nappy when he is dirty his penis tends to get dirty and I have to wipe it and he cries also after the bath he will also not let us dry his bottom area and we ave tried trying to get him to dry himself but he wont touch his penis or down in that area at all is there a reason for this. Its just odd most two year olds I know don't have this problem. This has gone on for a long time
