Hello there...I can understand your concern. From your description it looks like you could be suffering from upper respiratory tract infection with sinusitis. We will need a bit for more elaborate history and clinical examination should be done. If it is recuurent, then allergies and deviated nasal septum should be thought off. Kindly consult a nearby Ent specialist for further evaluation.
