Mother has problem,age:52 Both Lobes of the Thyroid are enlarged in size extending into supraclavicular space and there is suspicious of retrosternal extension on the left side. Right Lobe:-4.6*1.8*1.5 cm,Left Lobe:-6.1*4.2*4.0 cm Largest nodule in Right lobe: 1.7*1.5 cm Left lobe: 3.0*2.5 cm Is curable with Medicines or we have to go for surgery?

First you need to get an fnac done from the thyroid. Consult a head and neck surgeon or general surgeon for discussion regarding treatment options.
