Hii yesterday I feel some boil nod tips on throws when I pressed now I pain but it's not inside skin I can feel bump on skin upload pic also

Seems like boil or furuncle only. Apply neosporin ointment and if it doesn't get better show some ENT Specialist nearby.

Hello, Is there any history of insect bite recently? Do you have acne over the face? Might look like an acne type of boil over the region of your beard. Do not press on it to burst open the boil. Start applying Neosporin ointment in the same area. Start oral antibiotics for 3 days to prevent nearby infection through it.
Next Steps
consult ENT doctor if not subsides by 3 days.
Health Tips
Apply ointment thrice a day. do not touch your contaminated hands over the boil.
