Hello, Is there any history of insect bite recently? Do you have acne over the face? Might look like an acne type of boil over the region of your beard. Do not press on it to burst open the boil. Start applying Neosporin ointment in the same area. Start oral antibiotics for 3 days to prevent nearby infection through it.
