greetings. the boils could have become and abscess and just antibiotic creams may not help. your would need oral antibiotics and this would reduce the infection and possibly even suppuration would be retarded. See a qualified dermatologist near you at the earliest - do not delay - earlier the antibiotics are started better it is. warm regards
