It pops already and the puss never stops flowing out from it and it’s my fourth day already and I did make sure that it’s always clean and have a gauze on it ................

You might need a course of oral antibiotics and if there is abscess formation we might need to drain the pus too. visit a qualified dermatolgist to get a proper examination and better evaluation done. Hope this was helpful.
