I’ve had this boil for a couple hours and it’s aching. I’ve been squeezing it constantly but not hard and I’ve been poking it really hard. What would happen if I squeeze it really hard? Or if I poke it with a sharp object? And the second issue is: I’ve been having a lot of red spots but not rashes. Like it not itchy or irritating.
