After a tired full journey, suddenly I started vomiting, then with fever (<101). Now since 2days I m getting severe detour, nausea, body ache.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. I don't know what you mean by getting "detour".
