Hello doctors, Past 4 months I am getting body tired and dizziness mostly , eyes disturbance and suddenly heart beat fast feel ..I took medical check up .. bp normal.. ecg normal..no sugar.. but still I am facing same problem... please help

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Whats your Haemoglobin levels like? Why haven't you attached the reports along with this question? It could be a nutritional deficiency. Take a cap.
