May be it is pre-menstrual symptoms. Don't worry relax. You may take a tablet of paracetamol or aspirin

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  It could be a pre menstrual symptoms. You dont have to worry much about it. As of now you can take a tab. Zerodol-spas twice a day. Tab. Neurobion for once a day after food for 10 days. Tab. Supracal pro once a day after food for a month. Consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
