I have fatigue 24×7 from last weak I am am taking antidepressant (stalopam lite and escitalaprom 5mg ) for last 1 and half months for anxiety and hyperventilation now i am fine with those problems but having severe tiredness and weakness and body pain but doctor said continue medication with taper dosage
