Body itching and swelling below feet

It’s been about a month since I started experiencing itching. I consulted a doctor, and she mentioned it could be due to a food allergy. However, even after taking the prescribed medicine, I still have itching that has lasted for many days. I also experience swelling belo w my feet every day, but it appears in different spots. Once one area heals, swelling occurs in another place.
