The body is lossing weight looks like it's shrinking and first it started from legs but her stomach is bulky and and legs there are black lines appearing everywhere she is very tired nowadays and frequent urination her sugar level is 331 measure today , her hands are also shrinking with the chest area

It looks like it is severe uncontrolled diabetes. Urgent control of blood sugar with preferably insulin will be required.

Is she taking any medicines ? Does she have any other pre existing medical conditions other than diabetes ?
