Blurred vision

I am having blurred visoion from past few days.It seems as if my right eye is covered with something,as I am unable to read something even from my laptop.It becomes blurred slowly and even the color doesnt look as bright as it looks from left eye. I have farsightedness ,but even after wearing specs The vision isnt totally clear from right eye.

Get your refraction done again. Are you a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome so please put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids Please share information for further advice regarding precautions.
