Mobile handsets work in the microwave band of radio waves. These waves emanating from your phone can cause headaches similar to migraine headaches especially in power users.
Bluetooth technology uses very high frequency waves which do not cause any of these problems.
However ill fitting Bluetooth headsets may cause headache/ earaches which is why you must select a comfortable one at the time of purchase to avoid regretting your hasty decision later.
