Bloody diarrhoea
Had lot of blood with diarrhoea today, before that i had mild constipation for many days, and already pain in anus while passing constipated stool. Today with pain and burning lot of blood. Is it seriousl or normal? (Picture attached)
Since its fresh blood with history of constipation ,pain .
You do certain things
If no history of black coloured stools
You start treatment, as
Syp Cremaffin plus 15 ml bed time
Tab zerodol sp bd for 3 days
Sith bath with povidone iodine 8 hourly
Apply cremagel ano ointment locally
Next Steps
Consultant locally ,so that Doctor will examine u for piles hemorrhoids fissure ..
and other colorectal causes
