I came back from the gym today and had some water i felt like puking and when i did i puked blood it is for the first time this has happened, is it something serious and should i be alarmed for an underlying cause, i have recently quit drinking and i am on some supplements too

its gastroenteritis after drinking water or eating something from outside. sometimes blood accompanies as well. nothing to worry much , private consult me for detailed treatment protocol
