I am a man looking forward to my girlfriend. Need to know about blood match test for marriage. I am A+ & my girlfriend is O +. Just want to know is there any complications & what the solution to it.

It's fine. You can marry with your girlfriend. In your case avoid Rh -ve blood group. You can marry with Rh +ve blood group
