I had checked my fasting blood sugar in last feb-19 it was 93.my question is how offen should we checked our blood sugar ?

  check PPBS.if it is less than 140 mg/dl.then you need not worry.afterward keep on repeating blood sugar. Level at 2-3years interval. And keep records
