I am undergoing many symptoms like Excess gas Stomach diseases(constipation) Breath shortness Darkness of skin colour Degradation of hair Numbness Sometimes fatigue I am attaching a blood report and somewhat similar condition of mine was in 2015 and i was prescribed polybion l in that medication alongwith others I feel it to be vitamin b12 deficiency symptoms. Please suggest the best medication advice.
