I was first daignosed with hypertension 18 months back with 180/100 ...At that time my BMI was 42.2 my ecg was normal ..chest xray also was normal  ..my lipid profile was normal with borderline  ... Blood sugar was 75...and thyroid test was negative ... Somehow in 8 months I manage to drop 20 kg ...one doctor suggest me some medicine with telmikind amh regular basis ..since 4 months  then my bp varies between 130/90 ..when I feel diziness I use stugeron ... My two days before I feel dizziness and unwell so I checked my bp... It was 154 / 80 ... I am very much worried about my life ... In such a young age I. Suffering from this hypertension... Pls suggest me how to get rid of this hypertension
