Getting blood in motion seems original red colour at the end of motion, even at washing also able to see red colour blood, no much pain actually but sometimes motion is hard

Hello/ From your description, it seems you are suffering from bleeding piles. Apply Cremagel 2% gel locally around anus after every passage of stool or at least twice daily for 15 days. Hope this helps.
