Had fever and seizure. admitted in nicu. doctors put on antibiotic for 14 days. CBC, CSF & urine culture, brain scan found okay and normal

Antibiotics are needed but depends on condition of baby...which antibiotic and duration...further tests may b helpful..clinical status will decide further course of action..PL follow ur doctor..
