I have been drinking more water the last 2 - 3 days at least 3000mls due to excessive heat and working 14 hour shifts today everytime I went to the toilet there was blood in my urine what can this mean?

There are several causes of blood in urine.heavy exertion is one of them. Take adequate rest. Get primary  clinical assessment done by urine examination routine and microscopic along with the ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region and post void residual urine.consult a urologist with investigation findings
