Hi i am 22 years old before 2 years i had severe stomach pain for a week and in motion full of blood lot of watery blood then i tool abdomen scan and cbc doctor told its infection then after that i am frequently getting little blood either streaks of blood on poop or while i finish my poop what it could be i am worried

Get your per rectal examination done to rule out hemorroids, fissures. It may be IBS And get  colonoscopy done.
