Blood in discharge

I have been going to gym for the last 4 months but for the last two weeks sometimes (mostly while doing lower abs) i feel some pain in my lower abdomen followed by some bloody discharge. It has nothing to do with my mensuration cycle as the start date of my cycle is 8th January. Request you to please suggest if there can be some serious issue and the prescribed measures .
