Most of the nose bleeds ( epistaxis ) are idio pathic ( unknown cause ). Though many other conditions also give rise to epistaxis. Whatever may be the cause of epistaxis it should be controlled first to control the ill effects of blood loss. Then one should look for the possible causes and should be treated accordingly. As you had multple episodes of epistaxis there must be an underlying cause. Consult a good ENT doctor for the management of epistaxis.
