I am having blood fall. It started by a very hot weather. Now it comes mostly while i wash my face or having hot or cold weather. Before starting blood fall from my nose my head pains.please suggest me what to do!

Spontaneous bleeding from nose after age of 40 years may be secondary to increased blood pressure. Other causes are ulcer of the nasal septum, tumors of nose,injuries to nose etc. Your nose needs to be examined by a specialist
