I am 10 days due for my periods but I could see traces of blood during sex with occassional abnominal cramps.

Mid cycle spotting is due to ovulation. However, if there is post coital bleeding ie bleeding after sex, it could be due to infection, polyp, cervicitis or dry vagina. U need to meet a gynaecologist and get yourself examined if it persists
