Blood donation in Ayurvedic medication.

I am in a ayurvedic medication for rashes. Rashes are mild. Can I donate blood.

Better to avoid blood donation when you are on any kind of medications. I am sure the person receiving the blood or the blood bank receiving the blood will not approve of taking the blood if you tell them that you are on these medications.
