Hi .. Get general check up done BP, any blood thinning medication on ? Any eye running and forceful breathing exercises ? Any history of taking  repeated pain killers ? If all ok..no need to worry ..will take 2/3 weeks to resolve

Hello, What she has developed,is a bleed, and now it appears like it's resolving. It's going to turn yellow, and then slowly to normal colour. Start using moxi eye drops (antibiotic) to prevent any further infection.
Next Steps
Rule out hypertension (highBP) . If she already is taking tablets for hypertension, check to see if it's under control. It's going to remain bright red for another week or so. Nothing to worry as long as blood pressure is normal.
