Please guide me is there any serious problem to my baby.?  he is 5 day old i have attached report please check and inform me is report is ok or we have to admit him in hospital..?

at this age that is 5 days is complete the child does not require phototherapy and the neonatal jaundice will decrease. you have to just continue regular breastfeeding with help in decreasing the jaundice
