Sir/madam, I am experiencing block nose at one nose, Tried vapour treatment then one side releaves and another side blocks. I even used nasal spray for 5 days, worked for one breath. And also last two months I am confirmed with pnemonia. And also I work in granite factory office staff computer work.

Do you have sneezing or running nose ? For pneumonia  what treatment  and checkup have you got done ? Nasal decongestants  like tablets snd spray shoild help you

You should go for CT Scan PNS to exclude the Paranasal sinusitis and if sinusitis present, then amount of sinusitis present.
