if you are using nasal drops for so many years then you are suffering from condition known as rhinitis medicamentosa which occurs due to overuse of decongestant nasal drops. your ct scan is not suggestive of any major pathology as slight haziness of ethmoids and small maxillary polyp are commonly seen in normal individuals. first step in treatment of your condition is to withdrawn nasal drops. and then after few months of treatment surgical options can be tried if you don't respond to medicines

You need Endoscopic Nasal Surgery with adenoidectomy followed by months of nasal sprays and other medications with regular follow-ups with your ENT Surgeon to cure your condition.. This condition is curable but is a long drawn out cure as careful titration of doses of medication is required with proper allergy counselling and diet.
