Blisters on the testicles.

I've blisters on my testicles. It doesn't hurt. There is no accumulation of any kinda fluids. But my testicles itch. The itching is nt exactly around the blisters. But it's overall on the testicles. Sometimes I have zits and it gets popped out or I pop it out. But the blisters are jus a lump and doesn't hurt. Pls tell me what might be the reason. Pls suggest me a remedy as to how I take it further. Also suggest me regarding the itching and the remedies.
