Dear Sir, I am having Gas problem and Blister in my mount since 10 years and at same time i am suffering due to half left side headache problem.

Hello...Especially in summer mouth ulcers are very common so avoid spicy foods and non veg...take easy digestible food.and also consult me..as early as possible
