Blinking single eye at a time

My daughter is blinking one eye mostly left eye few times a day. We went to LV prasad, there they didn't found any problem with her eye. But the blinking is there. It like winking eyes. She do it hardly 10 times a day. She do it mostly when sleepy, annoyed or cranky. What could be the reason.
