Take the pic with eyes in focus , it would help us better diagnose the problem. I can see some deposits on your left eyelid with a possible loss of lashes as well . Cannot call it blepharitis untill you send a better picture , especially one with eyes closed . Basic steps you can still take , which are as follows
Next Steps
1) warm compressions ,both eyes , 15 minutes each /2 times a day. take hot water , dip a clean cloth or cotton in it , drain it , and then apply on your closed eyes.Move it  from inside to outside and clean the area. 2) FLUBIGAT eye drops 4 times a day for 10 days , to take care of any local imflammatory etiology. 3) REFRESH TEARS  eye drops 6 times a day
Health Tips
take oral antibiotics only if it is a recurrent problem for you or it is very severe. VIDEO CONSULTATION ADVISED
