My father age 62...Blood vomiting while coughing abt 300 to 500 ml..he has undergone TB treatment 25 yrs back.scars in the right lung reactivated and suggesting for removal of right lung.scan report:segmental consolidation right low lobe,multiple emphysematous Buller right up and low lobe,min focal pleural thickening low hemithroax.pls advice

If continous bleeding. Then lobectomy can be done. However there are simpler procedures like BAE which can be done easily with very good results. They are donr routinely in Mumbai. If u need any help contact my malad Mumbai office
