Bleeding problem

I had prolonged bleeding this month both two months june and july than usual as i had spontaneous abortion in may. They prescribed pause 500 mg for 3 days for 4 times a day but after that also bleeding didnt stop. Then they gave progestin 10 (deviry ) for 10 days it stopped i june and this month it didnt stop already 8 days over usually 5 days bleeding is my cycle.. please help with medication can i take pause or deviry to stop now
