Ive had total 3 hernia surgeries most recent feb 2017. When i have sex and ejaculate most recently it appears to be pure blood

I think you need to be investigated separately for bleeding in ejaculate as hernia surgery is unlikely to cause this problem. Consult urologist for you current problem.
