I have seen fresh blood in my stool 3 times this week , but no pain in stomach or anus . I have a good site of fruits and vegs , fitness is good , and no weekness in day activity ... I do smoke 1-4 cigs a day , not a regular drinker , and very scared right now

It could be due to piles it fissure. But other things can also cause bleeding. Please meet gastroenterologist. Regards Adarsh CK
